MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Billing: All membership payments are direct debited weekly via Stripe. Please ensure there are sufficient funds in your account or you will be charged a dishonour fee by Stripe, and your membership may be suspended until payment is successful.

Refunds: All Membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

10 Session Passes: will not renew upon use of the last session, and will expire after 1 year. Any unused sessions upon expiry will not be refunded.

pausing your MEMBERSHIP

You may pause your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months. All Pauses must be requested with no less than SEVEN (7) days’ notice before the hold start date. All membership pause requests MUST be submitted in writing; just complete and submit the form below. Pauses are not available for 10 Session Passes or FIFO memberships.

cancelling your MEMBERSHIP

You may cancel at any time with no less than SEVEN (7) days’ notice before your next scheduled membership billing date. No refund or credit will be given irrespective of how many days or sessions remain in the current membership period. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
