If you are new to crossfit, or an experienced crossfit fire-breather, Getting started is easy!

  1. If you have CrossFit experience, just purchase a membership via our “Membership Options” tab, download our Wodify members app, book your first class and jump right into our community!   2. If you are new to CrossFit, let’s have a conversation to discuss your health and fitness history, strengths, weaknesses and CrossFit goals. Nutrition, any mental roadblocks, injuries; nothing is off the table. We can do this in person or over the phone, and there is no cost to you nor any obligation to join. Just fill out the form below, and we’ll be in touch asap. After our chat, depending on your level, fitness and exercise history, we will most likely ask you to complete a single Personal “Fundamentals” Training session with one of our expert coaches, at a time that suits you. We will talk about the principals of how CrossFit works, you’ll get to perform some of the Weightlifting, Gymnastic and Cardio movements we regularly do, so when you jump into classes you won’t be completely lost! Even more importantly, we’ll have a chance to look at how you move, lift, run and so on, so we know what to watch out for and where you will be starting your CrossFit journey. If you want to do more one-on-one sessions before you start classes, you can organise this with your trainer at the end of your first session, it’s entirely up to you.

    Remember, no fitness or expert technique is required to start CrossFit. CrossFit is what gets you fit and coaching great technique is what we do best!
