CrossFit Group Classes:
Monday to Friday: 5:30am, 7am, 9:15am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Saturday: 7am, 8am, 9am (Weightlifting Session)

CrossFit Teens:
Monday to Friday: 3:30pm-4:30pm

Open Gym:
These are times that the gym is open beyond class times for members to practice skills and do extra work
Monday to Friday: 8am-9:15am, 10:15am-12pm, 1pm-3:30pm
Saturday: 10am-11am
