Benjamin Newland, trainer
Benjamin Newland is a Certified CrossFit Level 3 (CF-L3) Trainer and has completed the CrossFit Weightlifting, Kids and Masters Trainer Courses. He also holds Cert III & IV in Fitness and Personal Training. Ben is also an active CrossFit competitor and most recently finished in the top 10 in the Australian CrossFit Championship 2019. When not training himself or others he can be found in the Noosa river & surrounding waterways, on a kayak, with a fishing line out.
jennifer hughes, trainer
Jennifer Hughes is a CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) Trainer and holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science/Clinical Rehab. Jen is also a National Competitive Weightlifter and active Crossfit competitor. If not around the gym you can find her by the beach soaking up the sun.
Shane Delamont, trainer
Shane Delamont is a CF-L2 Trainer and holds Cert III & IV in Fitness and Personal Training as well as having completed the CrossFit Gymnastics and Endurance program. Shane is also a professional chef, owner of two needy pugs and most recently, a full-time university student.
Bianca Mangels, trainer
Bianca Mangels is a CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) Trainer and has completed the CrossFit Kids Trainer course. She and her family have trained at Crossfit Noosa since the very beginning, and she has looked after our CrossFit Teens Program for years. When not here she can be found nursing at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
Colin Macfarlan, owner
Colin Macfarlan is a CF-L1 Trainer and co-owner of CrossFit Noosa. He is passionate about CrossFit & BBQ, has a strong community focus and can often be found at Little Cove pushing his kids onto waves. He has also completed the CrossFit Kids Trainer coaching course.
Mamiko Macfarlan is a co-owner of CrossFit Noosa. She is a committed CrossFitter, regular member of the Noosa Triathlon Club training squads, & mum to two cheeky kids. She is the business & marketing manager for CrossFit Noosa.
coco, gym boss
Coco has no CrossFit qualification whatsoever, is useless at weightlifting, and largely uninterested in variance, functionality or intensity. She is; however, the world’s friendliest dog and is available for pats, hugs, leans, licks, belly rubs, being beautiful and spiritual healing during most hours of the day.
