To get started is easy! We run a 10 day introductory membership. Starting with a one-on-one coaching session, we can familiarize yourself with the basic movements required to function safely and effectively in the environment. You then have 10 days to experience as many different CrossFit workouts as possible. Attend the scheduled classes and work at a reduced intensity. Then, get ready to join in as a member.
Cost for the package is $85. Booking is essential, we cannot accommodate drop-ins for these sessions.
If session times do not suit and you have friends you would like to train together with, I can arrange small groups of 2-5 by appointment.
