Mon-Friday: 6 – 7am, 9.15 – 10.15am, 4.15 – 5.15pm, 5.30 – 6.30pm
Saturday: 7 – 8am
Sessions run for approximately 1 hour.

For the best results and best experience, get after it! There are NO contracts, NO joining fee’s. Pay your monthly membership and train as often as you can. The program is suitable for training daily IF your recovery and schedule will allow it, but the value is based on three visits a week. CrossFit Limited $120 / month for two sessions per week
For the time poor Athlete. Life, work and other activities can sometimes get in the way of your well intentioned CrossFit career. If you can realistically only manage a limited schedule, but would still like to add CrossFit into your training, we can offer a reduced membership rate limited to two visits per week. The days you train are not fixed, however, you cannot store up your days like a squirrel, and eat them all in one big week. Your two sessions expire at the end of each week and do not carryover. This leaves you with 8-9 fully coached sessions per month, at less then the cost of 2 personal training sessions. If you decide you would like to win the CrossFit Games and train more often, it’s an easy transition to an unlimited membership.
Direct Debit is preferred and is offered through Ezidebit. It is setup instantly through the gym and can be managed internally for any variations. You will need to provide your BSB and Account number.
One on One Coaching: $70 / hour.
