You need to take a load off those legs, you look so so tired. Don’t take it off for too long though, it’s not a holiday. I am talking a momentary pause on the box, a fraction of a second, a snap. Inevitably unloading, or at least thinking of unloading is going to have you release too much tension, making it near to impossible to recover and spring back up. This means less weight on the bar, less speed on the bar, and less awesome on the bar. Thinking instead of a pause on the box is much more likely to retain that rigid structure in the torso, leading to a more effective transfer of badness from legs to body.
