		<description>Love the read Danny!! Gives me a mental check to drop my &quot;ego heaviest load approach&quot; to become more efficient and progress a better lifter. Maybe I wouldn&#039;t be as sore as much either?? hence more sessions able to attend rather than recovery due to poor form? Appreciating every day that CrossFit became a part of my life and the awesome &amp; inspiring people that I meet day in day out!</description>
