CrossFit is a training program that prepares you for whatever life can throw at you. Workouts are usually short & intense, and incorporate elements of gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, powerlifting and metabolic conditioning (cardio such as bike, row & ski). CrossFit Teens - Forging the Future of Fitness: 13yrs to 17yrs
CrossFit Teens is the complete CrossFit program, geared and designed for teenagers and the specific developmental needs of that age group. Our program is broad, general, and inclusive. Healthy living requires that our teens push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play specialised sports. They will learn to do all these things with a focus on good movement mechanics and good fun.
CrossFit Teens runs 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, at 3.30 - 4.30pm.
Monthly unlimited membership $120/month. Sibling discount $110/month.
10-Pass Membership - $150
Personal training is a great way to fix gaps in your game or to target any specific goals that you might have.
Sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability. Prices range from from $75-$120 per hour depending on the trainer.
